Remark:
1. Fixed memory timing set function fail.
2. Fixed system will be auto reboot when plug 8GB RAM.
3. Fixed system will be hang up using Intel Core2 Quad Processor when plug-in over 4GB memory.
4. Fixed the blue screen was osbserved when install Windows Server 2008.
5. Added code to support more ratio for Intel Core2 Extreme Processor.
Caution: This bios only can apply to SP35P2, not for SP35P2 Pro
